The villa is really modern with nicely landscaped areas outside. There is also a nice little outside area to sit at. The host Claudio was fantastic, we asked him many questions through WhatsApp during our stay and he was unbelievably responsive to all questions. He organised a car rental for us, recommended restaurants and also booked our airport transfer too! The lady who brought our breakfasts and cleaned the villa was lovely too and greeted us with a smile every morning.

Very nice room and facilities. Breakfast was lovely not to much and nice and fresh. Staff very helpful and friendly. And we had a friendly dog sit with us

Beautiful property and very spacious. Ours had a jacuzzi on the top floor which was a nice addition. Claudio is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Bkfast was amazing! Service was exceptional. We just stayed for one day but everything about our stay was perfect! My wife and I were traveling on separate flights and my flight got delayed and eventually cancelled. My wife’s 9:30 flight from Athens to Santorini was delayed and there was no clear indication about how long it will be delayed for. We had arranged an airport pickup so the host (Claudio) was keeping tab about the flight and was also in communication with me about flight delays. The flight finally arrived in Santorini at 12:30 am and Claudio was there to pick my wife up. He also made sure that people from my group who had arrived earlier in the day were not disturbed from their sleep by escorting my wife to the home. He also made sure even at 1:30 am to share the WiFi password upon request. I have not encountered this sort of dedication. I am beyond grateful for his efforts and salute him for brining so much joy and sense of security to my wife and everyone in our group. I also do not want to miss mentioning that he was there the next morning to bring bkfast to our group. I cannot recommend this place enough. 100 STARS

We originally booked Black Stone Villa no. 5 for 2 nights, but it was such a lovely stay, we decided to extend for one more. The villa is beautifully designed and conveniently located a short drive from Fira Market. It’s clean, spacious, and the daily breakfast delivered to our doorstep was delicious. Claudio, the host is hospitable, gracious, and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Claudo and his team are very friendly and welcoming. We also had a furry little host to greet us every morning. The breakfast was delicious. The room was always very clean and tidy. The location was good for driving around the island. Also the view to Fira was very beautiful to enjoy from our private pool. All in all it was a very good value for the money!

We travel a lot and it was honestly the best place we have ever been! The location was great, it was always quiet and peacefull, so great for relax. Claudio the host was super helpfull, recommended us some great places in Santorini and was 24h available for questions or in case of any kind of problems. A sweet/salty breakfast was served in the room every moring until 10 and we did always get very full with it. All in all if we should ever come back to Santorini we would not think twice and book again Black Stone Villas!!!

It was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibaly friendly. Room was cleaned everyday, towels changed, breakfast in the room… Room was wide and led a comfortable stay. Thira center in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Had a great time staying at this wonderful place. The accommodation is clean, spacious, quiet modern and comfy. The hot tub on the terrace is superb and a great place to relax and unwind. Claudio was an outstanding and super helpful host, always on call to answer any questions, arranging last minute taxis for us and catering breakfast to our dietary requirements. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation!

The property is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking the sea and the village of Fira. Exceptional service, the room was comfortable and always clean. Claudio, one of the main hosts, exceeded any expectation. We always felt that someone got our back whether that was for tips, small things that we needed while staying here or connections about activities that we wanted to do. We will for sure choose Black Stone Villas on our next trip to Santorini.
